1. Who We Are

Baugh FRDM, LLC is a company registered under the laws of the United States, located at 1142 N 1360 E, Orem - 84097-4397, United States (US). The company designs aerial field-mapping programs, flight plan automation, crop health mosaic analysis, terrain model processing, survey deliverable pipelines and flight compliance tools for agriculture and land works clients. BaughFrdm is the developer responsible for building and maintaining the present website. The company is the data controller for the personal information it collects and processes in connection with this site and its survey services, unless this policy says otherwise for a specific situation.

Should you need to reach the privacy office, you may write to Baugh FRDM, LLC at the mailing address above, email the company at order@baughfrdm.lat, or call the office line at +13096196283. We ask that any request about personal data include enough detail for us to confirm your identity before we act on it, so your information stays protected from unauthorised access.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy covers the personal information collected through the public website, through the contact form on the site, through direct email correspondence, and through telephone calls made between you and the company. It also covers records that arise when you engage Baugh FRDM, LLC to carry out a survey project, because operating a flight and delivering mapping products involves names, contact details and project reference data.

This policy does not apply to the content of the aerial maps and models themselves, which your own project files carry, nor does it govern any third party website that may link to or from the Baugh FRDM, LLC pages. Where a separate agreement between you and the company adds terms about data handling for a specific project, those agreed terms control for that project and this policy fills the remaining gaps.

3. Information We Collect

We collect two broad kinds of information: information you give us directly, and information gathered automatically while you use the site. Direct information is provided when you complete the contact form, send an email, place a call or otherwise write to the company. That information commonly includes your full name, your email address, a subject line, the body of your message, a daytime phone number, and details you choose to share about the location and size of the ground you wish to survey.

When a project moves forward we may also collect a delivery address, property and parcel references, existing survey files, boundary drawings and the crop or ground description needed to plan the flight. We keep this material only to the extent it serves the project and your own records. We do not set out to collect sensitive categories such as precise health data, racial markers or political views, and where you send such content by accident we ask that you do not include it in a message intended for the office.

4. Automatic Collection and Logs

Like most websites, the Baugh FRDM, LLC server records routine technical data when a page is requested. This data may include the internet protocol address of the device, the web browser being used, the operating system, the pages visited, the length of the visit and the general region tied to the connection. This technical record is used to keep the site running, to guard against abuse and to understand which parts of the site are useful so the company can improve the experience.

This automatic data is generally kept in a form that allows the company to see usage trends rather than to single out a visitor. Where an internet protocol address could identify a person, we treat it as personal information under the rules of this policy and protect it to the same standard as anything you would type into the contact form. Logs are reviewed only by staff who need them for site operation and are not sold to anyone.

5. Cookies and Similar Technology

Baugh FRDM, LLC uses cookies only to the limited extent needed to make the site behave reliably. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device that the site can read on a later visit. The present website is designed to function without invasive tracking, and the company does not run advertising networks or sell audience segments built from cookies.

Should the site later adopt analytics cookies or functional cookies, this policy will be updated to name them clearly and you will be offered control before any non-essential cookie is placed. You may also set your browser to reject cookies or to warn you before one is stored; the visible parts of the site will continue to work, though a few interactive conveniences may behave differently without them.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the straightforward purpose of running the survey business. That includes replying to your enquiries, preparing a project outline and quotation, scheduling a mapping flight, keeping you informed about the progress of a job, delivering the finished maps and quality sheets, and issuing invoicing and records for the sale. Contact details are used only so the right person receives the right file at the right moment.

We also use information to maintain the security and reliability of the website, to respond to your requests for access or correction, to meet legal and accounting duties, and to send occasional project-related notes where you have asked to stay in touch. We will not send marketing material to a client who has not agreed, and any project-related message will always carry a plain way to ask us to stop writing or to reach a different contact.

7. Lawful Basis for Processing

Under the data protection rules that apply to a United States based business serving domestic and international clients, we rely on several lawful grounds for handling personal information. The most common ground is the contract we hold with you: we need your contact and project details to prepare and perform the survey you asked for. A second ground is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and effective website, which covers routine logs and fraud prevention.

A third ground is legal obligation, where the law requires us to keep invoicing, tax or safety records. Where none of these apply and consent is needed, we will ask for it in a clear and separate way before collecting the data, and you may withdraw that consent at any time without penalty. We will never stretch a lawful basis to cover a use you were not told about at the time the data was gathered.

8. Sharing and Disclosure

Baugh FRDM, LLC does not sell, rent or trade personal information to outside parties for money or for marketing. We disclose your information only for the narrowly defined purposes described in this policy, and only to the people and systems needed to complete them. That may include the flight crew working on your field, the office staff who prepare your files, and the accountants who close the books on a completed job.

We may also disclose information where the law compels it, such as in response to a valid court order or a lawful request from a regulator, where disclosure protects the safety or rights of a person, or where it is needed to stop fraud against the site. When a request arrives we first satisfy ourselves that it is lawful and properly scoped, and we share no more than the request genuinely calls for.

9. Service Providers and Third Parties

The company works with a small set of trusted service providers to host the website, to carry email traffic, to manage project files and to process payments where a job calls for one. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their specific duty, and each is bound by a written agreement that restricts how they may use the data they touch on our behalf.

We review our providers for data hygiene and require them to answer to us if something goes wrong. A provider may act as a data processor under our instruction, but no provider is free to use your personal information for its own benefit, to build its own mailing lists from our clients, or to pass the data along to an unrelated party. Where a provider holds data outside your home territory, the transfer protections described later in this policy apply.

10. Business Transfers

Baugh FRDM, LLC is a small company, but circumstances such as a merger, a sale of part of the business, a reorganisation or a transfer of the client book could arise. In the event that the company or a portion of its assets is transferred to another owner, personal information held in connection with the transferred business may be shared with the prospective buyer so the new owner can continue to serve the clients whose data is in transit.

Before any such transfer takes place we will notify you in a timely and open way, and we will require the receiving party to honour the commitments made in this policy or to offer you a clear choice about what happens to your data after the change. You always retain the rights to access, correct and delete your information that are set out later in this document, regardless of who operates the company at that future date.

11. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as the reason for collecting it still stands, and no longer. Simple enquiries are held for a short working period and then cleared. Information tied to a completed project is kept for the period needed to support the deliverables, to answer questions about a delivered map, and to satisfy invoicing and tax rules that apply to business records in the United States.

When a retention period ends, the company erases the personal information or rewrites it so that it can no longer be linked to you, and it does so through secure deletion that prevents later recovery. Logs that serve site security are held on a rolling window and discarded when they stop being useful. We do not hold your data for some distant future purpose, and you may ask us at any time what we keep and why.

12. Security of Your Information

Protecting the information you trust the company with is central to the way Baugh FRDM, LLC runs. Access to personal data is limited to the staff and systems that need it for the job, and each access is governed by a duty to keep the matter confidential. The website is served over an encrypted connection so that form submissions and ordinary browsing travel safely between your device and the server.

We apply organisational and technical measures proportionate to the sensitivity of the data, including role checks, strong passwords, secure storage for project files and prompt reaction to any unusual activity. No method of transmission or storage is completely without risk, so while we work hard to guard your data we cannot promise absolute security, and we encourage good practice on your side, such as keeping your own account passwords strong and private.

13. Privacy for Children

The Baugh FRDM, LLC website and services are not directed at children, and the company does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen. Survey planning and aircraft operations are the work of adult professionals, and the site expects its visitors to be old enough to understand the contract they enter into with the company.

If a parent or guardian believes that a child under the relevant age has provided personal information to the company through the site, that adult should reach the privacy office without delay so we can review the record. Where we confirm that a child has given us information, we will delete it as soon as the request is verified and take reasonable steps to stop any repeat from the same channel. The safety of young site visitors matters to us and we act promptly on any such report.

14. International Transfers

The company stores and processes data inside the United States, where it is based and registered. If you are located in another country, your personal information may be moved to and processed in the United States, and the rules applied to it there may differ from those in your home jurisdiction in detail, though the company stands behind the protections written in this policy wherever your data goes.

Where your home rules demand a recognised safeguard for such a transfer, we will apply the available safeguard, whether that is a verified adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another mechanism permitted at the time. Because we run a lean operation, the practical set of locations your data travels between is small and stable, and we will tell you honestly which country your data is held in if you ask.

15. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, the law may give you rights over your personal information. Those rights commonly include the right to ask what data we hold about you, the right to a machine-readable copy of that data, the right to have inaccurate details corrected, and the right to ask for erasure where we no longer have a proper reason to keep it. You may also be able to restrict or object to certain processing and to withdraw a consent you granted earlier.

To exercise any of these rights, send a clear request to order@baughfrdm.lat or write to the company address given at the end of this page. We will verify your identity with reasonable checks, respond within the time the law allows, and explain plainly if we cannot carry out a request and why. You also always hold the right to complain to your local data protection authority if you believe we have handled your information wrongly, and we will treat any such complaint seriously and work to put it right.

16. Do Not Track Signals

Some web browsers let you send a Do Not Track signal that tells websites your preference about being followed across the web. Because Baugh FRDM, LLC does not build advertising profiles, does not run cross-site trackers and does not sell audience segments, the company has no advertising-shaped use of the signal to switch off.

For that reason the site does not change its behaviour based on a Do Not Track header at present, and this should be read honestly rather than as an attempt to hide tracking. The same technical logs described earlier in this policy continue to run for security and site health, and they are used only for those purposes. If the company ever introduces technology that the Do Not Track signal is meant to control, this policy will be updated to reflect how that choice is honoured.

17. Third Party Websites and Links

The site may from time to time carry a link to a page the company does not operate, such as a regulator, a trade body or a software provider whose formats our deliverables rely on. When you click such a link you leave the Baugh FRDM, LLC pages, and this Privacy Policy no longer governs what happens on the destination site.

That third party will have its own policy describing how it treats your information, and we encourage you to read it before you share anything there. We review the links we place and remove ones that break or drift off topic, but we cannot be responsible for the data practices of sites we do not run. A link is provided for your convenience and does not mean we endorse the policies or products of the destination.

18. Changes to This Policy

Baugh FRDM, LLC may revise this Privacy Policy as the business, the site or the law changes. When a change is material, we will place a clear note on the homepage and mark the revised date at the top of this page so you can see when the text last moved. We encourage you to glance at this page from time to time so you stay aware of how your information is being looked after.

Minor wording edits intended to make the policy clearer will be published without an individual notice, because the substance of how we treat your data will not have shifted. Where a change asks for new consent from you or cuts back a right you already held, we will not apply it silently; we will tell you first and give you the choice the law expects before any new practice takes effect on your data.
