Fill in the form and we will reply from order@baughfrdm.lat with a launch window and a project outline. Fields marked are required. Describe the ground you hold, what you grow or build on it, and the decision you want the survey to settle, so the first reply is useful and specific rather than a list of questions.
Baugh FRDM, LLC keeps its planning office and launch yard together, so the crews that answer your enquiry are the same people who fly and process the survey. From this base we serve crop ground, range country and land works sites within a comfortable drive on a calm morning, and we will always say plainly whether your field falls inside our service day.

Flight windows are set at dawn when the wind stays calm; a message left outside these hours is answered the same working day.
If you call at peak field season and the crew is airborne, leave a voicemail with your parcel name and phone number and the launch master returns it before the next briefing. For written notes, the order inbox is checked on the hour, so a sketched boundary or a parcel reference sent by email is the fastest way to get the planning underway.
How soon can a flight run?
Flights are scheduled for the nearest calm dawn once the plan is agreed. Most single fields fly within the same working week, and repeat-season programs are booked ahead on a calendar you hold. Emergency scans, such as a suspected irrigation failure or a storm-damaged block, are moved ahead of the line whenever a safe window opens.
What should I send with my enquiry?
A rough field location, the acreage and the crop or ground type are enough to start. A boundary file or parcel sketch speeds the plan, and our crew will ask for the rest over the reply. If you do not have a file, describe the corners the way you would tell a neighbour, and the crew will build the boundary on their own first pass.
Who owns the maps afterwards?
The finished mosaics, models and logs belong to you from delivery. Every Baugh FRDM, LLC deliverable ships with its quality sheet and stays re-usable in your own software for as long as you want it. We hold a working copy in the archive for a set reference period in case you need a file replaced, while your ownership of the survey record is never in question.
